Is it Possible to Get Immigrate Without a Visitor Visa?

There is no longer any need for a passport when entering Canada. The decision to eliminate the need to have one was announced by the Government of Canada in November 2021. No longer will you have to leave your address, contact information and all other personal information with anyone but your doctor or travel office. Once you have had the necessary security screening and passed the security checks, you can then apply online for a Canadian passport.

Due to the recent affects of the latest pandemic coronaviruses (C pneumoniae), we, : have temporarily switched to a new method of entering Canada. Priority programs from authorized persons who are authorized to travel to Canada have been processed first. This allows all foreign nationals currently residing in Canada to enter Canada. If you are a resident of a country that is a country of Canada’s neighbor in relationship to an existing foreign national or if you are travelling to another country that is a country of Canada’s neighbor, you can apply directly to Canada.

Although travelling outside of the quarantine period may not affect your ability to enter Canada, it is important to note that there are still some travel restrictions in force for the current outbreak of the deadly Coronaviruses in Canada. For more information regarding the ongoing travel restrictions affecting Canadians travelling to Canada, please see the Public Health Ministry’s website. As of this writing, they advise against travelling to a province in which a case of acute Coronaviruses has been reported. Only those travelling to an affected area of Canada are advised that travelling to these provinces would still require a special health certificate.

Because the current epidemic is considered to be a Public Health Issue and not a Security Matter, those travelling to Canada will not be granted entry under the National Immigration Program (NIP). For individuals and families who have been refused entry under this program, there are several other options available to you. While still subject to availability, it has been noted that there are currently no special measures being taken to allow you into Canada. In the event that your application was denied entry under the NIP, it is important to note that it is possible to appeal to the Immigration Program Review Board. There are detailed instructions and forms that need to be submitted to this board, along with a significant amount of documentation. If you feel that your application was denied eligibility due to a lack of documentation, there are still options available to you.

If you have family in Canada that are Canadian citizens or Canadian residents, you can apply to extend your stay by proving that you have members in your immediate family. To do so, you must apply to the Federal citizenship and immigration office in your province. For those who are not Canadian citizens or Canadian residents, it is not necessary to prove that you have immediate family members in Canada when applying. However, most immigration authorities require evidence of at least one member of your immediate family who is a Canadian citizen or a resident.

Another reason for having to prove your relationship to a Canadian citizen or a resident while traveling to Canada is if you have applied for and received a visa to another country and want to visit them in order to attend specific foreign national events or gatherings in their country. This will usually mean that you will have to prove that you have family or friends in Canada that are also members of the same association or group as you. This proof can be in the form of letters from your association to various government departments including Immigration, as well as proof of social gatherings in Canada that you attended with members of your group. Proof that these events were attended by at least ten other members of your group will be especially helpful, as this indicates that there were sufficient social gatherings and activities to have caused your application for immigration to Canada to be rejected.

Those who are travelling between countries that are not part of the North American union but are visiting Canada should also know that they might be subject to a more thorough screening process at the border than those who are travelling within the North American union. For example, visitors who have recently travelled to Mexico and are travelling back north to visit their relatives in Canada may find themselves in the same situation as someone who is from the United States or other parts of North America and travelling back south to visit a relative in Canada. While a visitor from the US might find their visa rejected at the border, those from Mexico might find that their visa cannot be processed until they return to the US and prove that they have a valid, unexpired US visa. While some people are able to skip this step and enter Canada without having to provide further proof, it is recommended that you take care with this process, as it may affect your ability to stay in Canada permanently once you reach the border.

If you are planning a trip between countries outside of the North American union, such as between the United States and either Mexico or the Caribbean, you should be aware that in cases where you are travelling between two countries that are not part of the North American union, there are still additional steps that need to be taken. As with obtaining an immigrant visa, if you have already applied for a visitor visa, you may have to wait until your appeal is received before you can proceed with getting your permanent residency. This is because most countries require that applicants for refugee status must first apply for immigration status in the United States before they apply for Canadian residency.
